Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified nurse with extensive experience in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative surgical patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the provision of nursing care to patients in our state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgical Center. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care, from admission to discharge, while adhering to physician orders and center policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including pre-operative preparation, intra-operative care, and post-operative recovery.
  • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs, taking into account their medical history, condition, and treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments administered, and progress made during the care process.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and hold a current state RN license.
  • At least one year of experience in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative surgical patient care, preferably in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting.
  • CPR certification and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) training.
