Job Summary
As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist at Orlando Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an advanced care setting. This role requires expertise in critical assessment and therapies, high-intensity interventions, and continuous nursing vigilance.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate critical knowledge, skills, and judgment to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies
- Utilize information and assessment data to anticipate and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret electronic displays such as intracranial pressures and cardiac rhythms
- Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care based on patient responses and progress towards expected outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
- Experience in critical care nursing preferred
