Job Summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coach to join our Emergency Department team. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and growth of our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily coaching and feedback to new nurses, focusing on critical thinking and patient care skills.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with unit leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth and development.
  • Participate in orientee meetings and provide feedback to orientees and unit leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
  • Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure.
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
