Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical equipment malfunctions, including motors, automated systems, and other electrical devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts, to prevent equipment failures.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance outages, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
  • Collaborate with maintenance lead/manager to prioritize tasks and develop maintenance schedules.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in electrical systems or a related field highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of PLCs and drive systems a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including call-ins, as needed.
