About the Role:
This position calls for a technically proficient Finance Manager with leadership experience to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations for the corporate headquarters.
Supervise monthly journal entries and reconciliations to guarantee precise financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of balance sheet items.
Involvement in budget creation and forecasting.
Management of cash flow and treasury operations.
Deliver business insights to senior stakeholders who may not have a financial background, ensuring effective communication of financial data.
Lead and oversee a team of accounting professionals.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Qualified CA or CPA (candidates from Big 4 firms are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in managing a small to medium-sized team of accounting experts.
- Background in corporate accounting within a mid to large-scale global organization.
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical and communication skills applicable across all levels, including non-financial personnel.
