Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at i4 Search Group Healthcare.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and be passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles through motion rehabilitation.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary package that includes:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identifying and meeting patients' goals and needs.
  2. Providing cost-effective treatments that improve clients' motion and mobility.
  3. Reducing the need for medications and providing alternatives to surgery.
  4. Developing care plans using various treatment techniques.
  5. Creating fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs.
  6. Providing quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and interventions.
  7. Motivating patients during treatment to help them function optimally.
  8. Promoting clients' healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  9. Consulting and practicing with other health professionals.
  10. Evaluating effects and monitoring and communicating progress.
  11. Documenting patient care services.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Requirements
  • A proven work experience as a physical therapist.
  • An intensive education and clinical expertise.
  • The ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices.
  • A drive to continually learn and grow.
  • Professional behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • A valid license to practice physical therapy.
  • A graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited school.
