- Deliver expected results through effective project execution, financially and customer relations, by ensuring appropriate personnel and equipment resources are available for efficient performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on operations management experience in industrial, chemical process manufacturing environment.
- Bio-solids knowledge preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Technology savvy, with knowledge of modern technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to self-manage, direct supervisory, and management experience.
The Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to inside and outside environmental conditions, including atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system and skin. The worker will be subject to hazards, including proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, and exposure to bio-solids.
