The Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga P A is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss their case, demonstrating compassion and empathy, and earning their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also be expected to update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. Additionally, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to discuss their case and provide guidance
  • Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers
  • Prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed
  • Evaluate claims and determine the best course of action
  • Negotiate with insurance companies to secure the best possible outcome for clients
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to achieve the best possible results for clients
Requirements and Skills
  • 6 or more years of litigation experience
  • 5- 10 personal injury trials, as first chair required
  • Member of the Missouri Bar and in good standing
  • Experience in evaluating claims and determining the best course of action
  • Superb negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
