Longer patient stays on this unit allow for the development of meaningful relationships between the care team and patients and their families.

Scope of WorkAs a Medical Oncology RN, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care that is accountable and professionally described by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan.
You will demonstrate competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process, upholding the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA.

QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have an Associate's degree in Nursing and be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Michigan.
You must also have a Bachelors in Nursing within 5 years and obtain AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days.
Oncology Nursing Certification (ONCC) is required within 1 year.
