We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Resource Center Float Pool team at Corewell Health. As a member of this team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient units.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred.
