We are seeking an experienced and professional individual to fill the position of Aquatic Program Coordinator for our Aquatic Facility. This role will be responsible for organizing, planning, and implementing the Learn to Swim program.

• Develop and deliver swimming lessons and programs for various age groups

• Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for participants

• Coordinate with staff and instructors to ensure effective program delivery

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed

• Collaborate with local community organizations to promote aquatic programs

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching, coordinating, and managing aquatic programs. They must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year
