Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality nursing care for children with complex medical needs in the school and home settings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and providing personal care services.

Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one nursing care for children with complex medical needs
* Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to supervisors
* Administer medications and perform routine medical procedures
* Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment plans

Requirements:
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Illinois
* One year of prior RN experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
