As a CT Technologist III, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic computerized tomography examinations, ensuring that routine and priority tasks are completed within established departmental time frames.
  • Operate complex stationary and mobile diagnostic equipment, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare for and assist physicians in CT diagnostic and/or guidance imaging during invasive procedures, explaining and educating patients on the procedure, medications, and associated biological effects.
  • Mentor and foster a constructive environment that helps students and new technologists build confidence in their skills, knowledge, and abilities.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, such as answering phones, updating patient appointments, and preparing accurate documentation related to patient, procedures, and exam charges.
  • Implement protection devices and safety standards to minimize radiation exposure, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.
  • CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
  • RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 days of hire if required at the affiliate.
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience.
