**Salary:**

$14.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match, paid time off, and holiday pay.

**Job Description:**

As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with participants to develop personalized plans that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and nutrition, and support participants in achieving their goals and aspirations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess excellent communication and adaptability skills. You should also be patient, compassionate, and reliable, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
