Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to patients, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
  • Lead and direct pharmacy technician support staff to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
