We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER to join our dynamic team at Fast Pace Health. Our ideal candidate will be deeply committed to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and encouraging environment.

About the Role- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring quality professional services, and promoting patient satisfaction.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude to deliver excellent patient care.
- Maintaining accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Ensuring adherence to the Core Values of the Company: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER, Trauma Unit, or Family Medical Practice).
- Two years of independent practice and 4,000 independent clinical hours as a NP.
