Job Title: Primary Care Physician Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team in Brooklyn, NY. As a Primary Care Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch primary care services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans.
- Educate patients on chronic disease management, preventive care, and lifestyle changes.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to healthcare regulations.
- Engage in continuous learning and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Primary Care or Family Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New York State.
- 2+ years of experience in primary care or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach to care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
