Soliant Therapy Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Taos, New Mexico. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders.
About the Role
- This is a 24-25 school year position, requiring a valid New Mexico State SLP License and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
