Job Summary

ServiceNet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Site Director to manage the residential program at our North St location. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with the Program Director to oversee the daily operations of the program, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Assist the Program Director in planning, coordinating, and implementing program activities, services, and events.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care and services.
  • Client Services: Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry, as well as providing transportation to appointments and community events.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily shift notes, data tracking, and other record-keeping tasks as assigned.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ServiceNet's standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • Certifications: MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
