TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining data center infrastructure, including cat5/cat6/fiber cables, cable trays, and labeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and terminate cat5/cat6/fiber cables
  • Configure and label cable trays
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets company quality expectations
Requirements
  • Commercial cabling experience
  • Ability to distinguish color codes
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in tight, confined spaces
  • Regular and on-time attendance
Work Environment

This role will involve working in a fast-paced data center environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Shift: M-F 5x10hr shifts start time 7:00am
