About the Role:As a RN School, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to students with various medical conditions, including tracheostomy, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, and personal care. You will also be required to ride the bus to and from school with the patient.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care for students with medical needs, including tracheostomy, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, and personal care.
- Ride the bus to and from school with the patient.
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
