Grading Supervisor

Cedar Lane Excavation is seeking a highly skilled Grading Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the grading process on our construction sites.

• Manage a crew of 3-5 people to ensure efficient and safe grading operations.
• Read and implement plans, including creating cut sheets as needed.
• Set up and operate a grade laser to ensure accurate grading.
• Conduct daily reports and access job information using a computer or tablet.
• Pass a background check and drug test, and maintain a valid driver's license.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a grading foreman in construction.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with some weekends.
