Job DescriptionJob Description

Sign on Bonus of up to $1,500 paid after 90 days.

 

Grading Foreman:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a grading foreman in construction.

- Must be able to read plans and implement a cut sheet.

- Must be able to set up and operate a grade laser.

- Must be able to manage a crew of 3-5 people.

- Must be able to use a computer/tablet to submit daily reports and access job information. Experience with Procore is a plus but not required.

- Must pass a background check and drug test.

- Must have a valid drivers license.

- Must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday - Friday and some weekends.
