About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Foreman to join our team at EOG Resources. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our cryogenic natural gas processing plant in the Delaware Basin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee Plant Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technicians and Plant Mechanics
  • Develop and implement maintenance and mechanical integrity programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and maintain plant maintenance and operating procedures
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and operations, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and operations
  • Experience with PSM and CSSM programs
