About the Job:

Riverview Bank is seeking a skilled Loan Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our loan portfolio and minimizing losses through effective credit administration and loan quality functions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of commercial lending experience, with progressively greater knowledge in a consumer-lending environment. They will also possess good managerial, communication, and public relations skills.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $93,000 and $137,000, depending on factors such as the applicant's skills and prior relevant experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including healthcare benefits, a 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, vacation and sick time, educational assistance, and several holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor credit quality of the loan portfolio to ensure minimum losses through lenders and loan officers.
  • Review loan memorandums and approvals above lender limits for completeness and quality.
  • Assist in the review and processing of loans over prescribed limits as warranted.
  • Participate in loan examination function and assist in monitoring accounts receivable auditing program.
  • Review and update new and existing loan files for Riverview Bank on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of commercial lending experience, with progressively greater knowledge in a consumer-lending environment.
  • Good managerial, communication, and public relations skills.
  • Understanding of loan documentation criteria and Riverview services, products, policies, and procedures.
