Key Responsibilities:- Review and update mutual fund offering documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of drafts for various contracts, including corporate documents related to mutual fund formation.
- Support the preparation of materials for Voya's mutual fund Boards of Directors/Trustees and the Voya Investment Trust Co. Board of Directors.
- Assist with regulatory examination-related documents and perform legal research and analysis as needed.
- Organize and maintain mutual fund-related information spreadsheets and legal files.
- College degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certificate preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Analytical and research-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Mutual fund/1940 Act industry experience and/or contract experience preferred.
- Competitive annual base salary range: $57,000 - $80,000 USD.
- 401(k) Savings plan with generous company matching contributions (up to 6%).
- Voya Retirement Plan - employer-paid cash balance retirement plan (4%).
- Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year.
- Paid time off, including 20 days paid time off, nine paid company holidays, and a flexible Diversity Celebration Day.
