This organization seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to become a vital part of their Information Systems Team, aiding in the CRM deployment and managing ongoing system maintenance, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, encompassing setup, data conversion, and configuration tasks.
  • Serve as a crucial link between the Business Systems Analyst team, development personnel, and business stakeholders to guarantee effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers on design, configuration, requirements gathering, and testing phases.
  • Provide continuous support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 platform following its implementation.
  • Deliver training and daily assistance across multiple business locations, with occasional travel as required.
  • Manage light support duties for existing CRM systems until the new system is fully operational.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in CRM implementation and support roles.
  • Strong background as a Business Systems Analyst, with proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team, managing timelines and ensuring project success.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leadership or project management within IT or CRM initiatives.
  • Relevant certifications in D365 Business Central, Customer Service, and/or Field Service.
