Plasma Center Director

About the Role

The Center Operations Manager reports to the Associate Director of Operations (ADO) and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the plasma center. This position is a critical component of the center's success and requires a strong leader who can drive results and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve center production goals and monitor net yields.
  • Ensure efficient donor flow and implement donor retention improvement and corrective action plans.
  • Manage all aspects of financial oversight, including setting annual budgets and ensuring the center meets monthly financial targets.
  • Oversee overall center quality compliance and ensure the business is inspection ready.
  • Participate in audits and develop corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency.
  • Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) procedures.
  • Conduct recruitment, training, counseling, and termination of employees.
  • Manage employee turnover and ensure fair treatment of all employees.
Requirements

Education

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (4 years minimum) is required.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of management experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others is required.
