Job Summary

Aleron is seeking an experienced Electro/Mechanical Assembler to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment. As an Electro/Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the assembly and production of electronic components and sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly Operations: Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and chassis to meet production schedules and performance standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test assembled units to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate electronic assembly equipment, including soldering machines and other specialized tools.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other production team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Experience: Previous experience in electro/mechanical assembly is preferred.
  • Skills: Basic reading, writing, and math functions; soldering skills; component identification; and basic PC knowledge.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay: $21 - $23/hour.
  • Standard Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm.
  • Direct Hire: This is a direct hire position with Aleron.
