• Prepare and review estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other industry partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our estimates are accurate and competitive.
• Participate in the development of estimating procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in estimating, with a strong background in construction and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools, including Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software.
