About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Benco Dental. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of merchandise, equipment, technology, and Benco services in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their business goals.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and identify potential customers to expand our sales territory.
  • Travel to customer locations to conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and product offerings to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors, and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a minimum annualized compensation plan of $50k/year + monthly allowance, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company. Our commission structure is unlimited, and the more you sell, the more you make (less your draw).
