Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Senior Test Development Specialist to join our team at L3Harris. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of test development and execution, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day Quality Inspection and Test personnel.
  • Review and disposition product, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Lead zero defect projects (ZDP), continuous improvement projects, and government qualification test plans (QTP).
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
  • Perform data analysis, failure analysis, and root cause & corrective action.
  • Develop and revise work instructions and test procedures.
  • Present results to management, including data-driven business recommendations and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant field and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Salary and Benefits:
