Ciena Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Laurels of Charlottesville. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our guests, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities

As a CNA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care to guests, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assisting with eating and hydration
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs
  • Providing skin care and reporting changes to licensed nurses
  • Meeting guests' mental health and social service needs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • CNA certification or acceptable exemption
