Senior RF Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to lead our radome design and analysis efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advancing the state of the art in radome survivability and RF performance, as well as integrated thermal-structural analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead studies and research activities to advance the state of the art in radome survivability and RF performance
- Provide technical contributions and leadership in designing and analyzing new radome structures
- Provide regular interface with Government sponsors, industry partners, and key Laboratory program and technical staff
- Produce written documents and presentations of technical work
- Lead and mentor engineer teams
- Possess a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in radome design, thermal, structure and/or RF analysis of radome structures and high temperature materials
- Have experience in using structural/thermal/electromagnetic simulation software
- Be able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Secret level clearance
