At Lightman Technology, we are seeking an experienced AV Systems Installation Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of audio and video installation projects, from residential homes to commercial and corporate settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV installation and maintenance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality installations on time and within budget. You will be responsible for interpreting client needs, selecting the right equipment, and ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

As an AV Systems Installation Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results, providing expert technical support and troubleshooting as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of installations, modifications, and maintenance activities, and preparing detailed reports and documentation for clients and management.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of AV equipment, wiring, and cabling, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be physically fit, able to lift and carry equipment, and work at heights.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in AV installation, a technical degree or certification, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure audio and video equipment, including speakers, projectors, screens, and control systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain optimal performance.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, offer recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with the final installation.
  • Integrate AV equipment with existing systems and networks, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, modifications, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical degree or certification in AV installation or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AV installation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical fitness, able to lift and carry equipment, and work at heights.
