Key Responsibilities:
- Employ the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed medical orders on each assignment.
- Monitor and assess signs indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.

Qualifications:
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
