Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing risk evaluations to guarantee adherence to federal and state regulations.
  • Examining data patterns, pinpointing underlying issues, and suggesting enhancements.
  • Creating thorough documentation and delivering presentations on findings.
  • Overseeing and ensuring prompt remediation of ineffective controls.
  • Evaluating modifications and new implementations within the organization’s change management framework.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Compliance Auditing/Testing.
  • Strong understanding of consumer financial regulations (UDAAP, Truth in Lending, Truth in Advertising, ECOA) and both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and analytical tools.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.
