Career Summary:

  • This role is focused on delivering high-quality project outcomes by coordinating all aspects of IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Issue and Risk Management: Identify, document, and track project issues and risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and issue/risk logs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and risks.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring agendas are set, minutes are recorded, and action items are tracked.
  • Resource Management: Assist in allocating and managing project resources, ensuring team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to developing and implementing best practices for project management and infrastructure processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
