The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in software applications, including advanced-level Microsoft Word/Excel/Project, Bluebeam/Adobe, Access Database, and P-6. Experience with cost-loaded scheduling and ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment are essential.

A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and accuracy are expected. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are also necessary. Self-starter mentality, learning attitude, results-oriented approach, and proficiency in Internet and E-mail applications are desired traits.

This position involves risk management as it relates to project execution, developing project budgets, cost control, change management, manpower and resource planning, and financial projections. The scheduler leads in developing and implementing quality control, safety, and environmental programs for each project.

Effective communication with project stakeholders is required, along with making recommendations for resolution.
