In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring patients are appropriately registered for all service lines. This includes performing eligibility verification, obtaining pre-cert and/or authorizations, making financial arrangements, requesting and receiving payments for services, performing cashiering functions, clearing registration errors and edits pre-bill, and other duties as required.

About the Job
  • Ensures patients are appropriately registered for all service lines.
  • Performs eligibility verification, obtains pre-cert and/or authorizations, makes financial arrangements, requests and receives payments for services.
  • Maintains a close working relationship with clinical partners to ensure continual open communication between clinical, ancillary and patient access departments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School degree or equivalent required.
  • One year or more of relevant healthcare experience preferred.
  • One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
  • An Associate's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 per year, considering the location and requirements of the role. Additionally, we provide benefits including benefits from Day One for FT/PT positions, paid days off from Day One for FT/PT positions, student loan repayment program for FT/PT positions, career development, whole person wellbeing resources, mental health resources and support, debt-free education (certifications and degrees without out-of-pocket tuition expense).
