Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Applewood Center - Winchester, NH. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
