Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Applewood Center - Winchester, NH. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
