We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at AdventHealth. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients via phone in a cordial and professional manner.
  • Transfer incoming callers to the appropriate department or location when necessary.
  • Register new patients by inputting demographic information and insurance details.
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments and handle reschedule lists.
  • Update computer referring physician databases.
  • Work with online scheduling systems and electronic health records.
  • Verify patient data and insurance to ensure accurate billing.
  • Handle patient concerns and refer them to administration as needed.
  • Fully utilize patient cancellation slots to maintain efficient schedules.
  • Maintain updated documentation of action work lists for daily operations.
