Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. Job Description

This role involves building, maintaining, and analyzing program data, generating program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations. The successful candidate will develop and analyze weekly/monthly reports on business-related metrics, identify potential project trends and risks to management, support creation of cost estimates for procurement actions, and develop business systems and processes based on user needs and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional oral and written communication skills, organizational, critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, and interpersonal skills. They must be flexible in adapting to deadlines and changing priorities, have a pro-active attitude and a disciplined work ethic, and be comfortable handling a diverse range of simultaneous assignments while receiving direction from numerous customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing program data.
  • Duties include generating program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations.
  • Develops and analyzes weekly/monthly reports on business-related metrics.
  • Identifies potential project trends and risks to management.
  • Supports creation of cost estimates for procurement actions.
  • Develops business systems and processes based on user needs and requirements.
  • May have quality assurance responsibilities.
  • Serves as an expert contributor in particular business processes responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements.
