At Lifespan Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and advocating for patients' needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Job SummaryThis position requires a skilled RN with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and compassionate professional who is committed to upholding the highest standards of care and safety.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, identify risks, and develop individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care, promote continuity, and optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence by sharing best practices, knowledge, and ideas.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to relevant regulations and documentation guidelines.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island or eligible for compact state licensure.
- CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS certifications a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care settings, preferably in a similar role.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
