Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain client relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Educate clients on insurance products, services, and policy details.
  • Accurately process policy applications, endorsements, and claims.
  • Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the agency.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and administrative tasks is critical.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a strong desire for growth within the insurance industry.
  • Able to promote teamwork and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary licenses.
