Job Title: Systems Support Associate

Aleron companies are seeking a highly skilled Systems Support Associate to join our team. As a Systems Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, ensuring that their systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Configure and install new hardware and software systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing systems
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and support
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
  • Experience with network protocols and configurations
  • Knowledge of cloud-based systems and services
