Position Overview

The Senior Analyst, Loyalty Marketing plays a crucial role in orchestrating member communications and developing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of loyalty products valued at over $150 million, including Free Spirit, Co-Brand, and Savers Club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Communication: Drive member acquisitions, engagement, and retention through a focused communication strategy across all loyalty products.
  • Collaboration: Partner with various internal and external stakeholders to create targeted communications, promotions, and events that align with the overarching goals of the Loyalty product suite.
  • Ongoing Management: Develop and oversee continuous communications for the loyalty products, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Project Leadership: Manage initiatives from inception to completion that enhance member acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Marketing Oversight: Direct marketing efforts across key channels, including Web, Email, App, Social Media, and SMS.
  • Event Management: Organize loyalty activations and in-person events to foster member engagement.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Guest Insights: Identify guest needs and craft compelling value propositions that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign KPIs to inform future strategies and execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaigns.
  • 2+ years in strategy project management, loyalty programs, or product/service development is preferred.
  • Strong branding and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer retention and loyalty marketing.
  • Familiarity with segmentation and persona development is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies and communications.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality in design and execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethics.
  • Ability to understand and meet guest needs efficiently.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining relationships across various business functions.

No travel is required for this position. The role involves primarily sedentary work, with occasional walking or standing. This is a hybrid position.
