Job Summary

The Loveland Center, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Clinical Services Department. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address those needs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other clinicians to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supply Management: Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to the Loveland Center's Code of Ethics and Core Values, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology and active state license in good standing.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
