Job Summary

This role involves overseeing lot control, quality inspections, paperwork management, and maintaining filing systems. The Quality Assurance Specialist will also conduct incoming inspections, product audits, and assist with calibration processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record lot traceability information
  • Conduct various inspections and audits
  • Support Return Goods Authorization (RGA) processes
  • Assist with equipment calibration
  • Participate in the Internal Audit Program
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Understand and adhere to quality policies
  • Follow ISO and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent
  • 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • 1 year of quality experience
  • Computer literate, SAP knowledge is a plus

Work Environment:

This role requires physical activities such as walking, standing, and lifting objects. Work will be in an office and warehouse setting, with potential weekend and holiday shifts. Employees must adhere to safety regulations and environmental conditions.
